HeatsWith her vibrant voice and honest songwriting, Schuyler Fisk draws legions of fans to her music, both onstage and online, where she enjoys an active grassroots following as one of the top indie artists on MySpace. Her anticipated debut album THE GOOD STUFF debuted on Billboard's eekers Chart and at #1 on the iTunes Singer/Songwriter Chart. Her single "Love Somebody" was released exclusively on iTunes with all proceeds benefiting the CASPCA. Schuyler has performed with artists including Sheryl Crow, Rachael Yamagata, Cary Brothers, Priscilla Ahn, and The Weepies. She has also played across North America with the Hotel Cafe tour, with fellow singer-songwriter, friend and collaborator, Joshua Radin, and most recently with Ben Taylor. Schuyler's next full-length album BLUE RIBBON WINNER will be released March 1, 2011.
Schuyler's pure sound and soulful lyrics have grabbed the attention of movie producers. She wrote and performed original music for the soundtrack to Zach Braff's film The Last Kiss; she was sought out by producer Reese Witherspoon to write and perform a song for the soundtrack of the film Penelope; and continues to contribute songs to many other film and television projects including Dear John, "Ugly Betty" and "Life Unexpected." An artist who is multi-talented, energetic, and versatile, Schuyler has appeared in several feature films and television shows, including Orange County with Jack Black and Colin Hanks and I'm Reed Fish with Jay Baruchel. Schuyler will next be seen alongside Mia Wasikowska and Henry Hopper in Gus Van Sant's upcoming film Restless, which is being released by Columbia Pictures in late 2011.

New CD Release - Blue Ribbon Winner
Schuyler Fisk will be performing at the Jefferson Theater this Saturday night, June 4th on the Charlottesville Downtown Mall at 7 pm.
She will be performing with Harper Blynn as part of the performance of PARASHUTE - the band with roots from Charlottesville.

Art in the Park at Gypsy Hill in Staunton, VA
May 28 (10am-5pm) and 29 (noon-5pm)
Featuring - GINA CARROLL
This is their biggest service to the community in the form of a two-day festival of fine art, fine craft, great music, and delicious food. There is no admission charge to Art in the Park. Art in the Park is also an important way to serve artists and artisans by providing them a beautiful venue to exhibit and sell their work. The Art in the Park festival is staffed by volunteers including the great talent on the bandstand every hour with a music line-up for the two days. They will also be hosting six food vendors serving a variety of foods including hot dogs, hamburgers, vegetarian Thai food, smoked chicken, KettleKorn, ice cream, frozen coffee drinks, fruit smoothies, and lemonade.

Your chance to meet Charlottesville, Va area Sculptor, Artist, and Jewelry Designer GINA CARROLL who will be participating at the event. Ms. Carroll is the renowned sculptor of "Martin" - a guitar made from a 1,500 lb. peice of stone for the front lawn entrance to the Charlottesville Music Resource Center.

Mariana Bell has performed, written and recorded with an eclectic set of renowned musicians such as multi-instrumentalist Mike Meadows (Taylor Swift), pianists Vienna Teng and Josh Dodes (Toby Lightman), Rosi Golan, cellist Paul Brantley (Bela Fleck), guitarists Rusty Speidel (Mary Chapin Carpenter's debut album) and Justin Derrico (Pink), bassist Gary Granger, Jean Scofield (Daughter to Jazz Legend John), Andy Waldeck, The Paper Raincoat & Jared Scharff (SNL), and producer/engineer Eddie Jackson (James Taylor).
While critics have likened her music to that of a young Joni Mitchell, Mariana counts among her own influences Shawn Colvin, Fiona Apple, Bruce Cockburn, Dave Matthews, and Ani DiFranco.
